It may be a beefy 474 pages but the final report of the Civil Justice Review Group chaired by retired High Court president Peter Kelly landed without too much of a splash on its release last week. There is however a lot packed into it; everything from recommendations on technology, discovery, judicial review and a lot more besides under the umbrella headings of exploring ways to improve access to justice and reducing the cost and duration of litigation.
