“Roads? Where we’re going, we don’t need roads!” Doc of course was referring to the year 2015, when flying cars rendered roads totally useless; an artefact of that past that would only continue to exist in museums and on movie production sets.  Back to the Future is the theme of this week’s column and a mini-series that I’ll write about intermittently over the next while.
