The AI legal research start-up launched in recent weeks after incorporating in Ireland. Now it’s been hit with a lawsuit in Canada by a non-profit, alleging it wrongfully accessed its data.
Legal action taken in New York against the Kerrygold maker alleged its butter was exposed to harmful chemicals but, after a year and a half, the case has been dismissed.
The move will be of interest to mica-impacted families currently embroiled in Irish legal proceedings to hold the State liable for failure to properly implement EU oversight rules on construction products.
