As more employers press their workers to return to the office, the debate about what best suits both sides is intensifying – with no clear outcome so far.

Some 2,158 candidates - from junior management to “C” suite level across the IT, finance, accounting, legal, HR and ESG professions - completed the survey. Here is what we learned.

The survey was sent to candidates across the accountancy, financial services, HR, banking, treasury, funds, IT, and legal professions. Some 3,025 responded, making it our most comprehensive survey to date. Part one focuses on working from home, hybrid working and in-office work.
